Celebrating Christmas at St. John’s this year will be extra special with the return of our beloved Christmas Pageant. We are seeking actors, actresses, singers, and narrators of all ages and all genders for our classic retelling of the Christmas story and the singing of many Christmas carols. Sounds like fun, doesn’t it?
Please join us on Saturday morning, December 13th, at 10:00 a.m. for our one and only rehearsal. The Christmas Pageant will be part of the church service on Sunday, December 14th, at 10:00 a.m. St. John’s will provide the costumes, props, and scenery.
We welcome your participation. Please invite grandchildren, family, and friends for this heartwarming event. We will assign parts at the rehearsal on Saturday. From St. John’s to Broadway!!!
The church service will be followed by a festive coffee hour. We will host a birthday party for Baby Jesus with refreshments and time for fellowship. The St. John’s Christmas Pageant will certainly fill your heart with joy and the true reason for the season.
Questions may be directed to Susan Fogg (804) 366-0535 and / or Lori Lenz (804) 445-5820. Hope to see you there!
