Special Pentecost Celebration (the birthday of the Christian Church)

Special Christmas Programs (including a Christmas pageant and a special Christmas Eve service)

Special Easter Programs (to commemorate Christís death and resurrection, including special Easter week services to celebrate Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, and Good Friday, followed by a special, joyous Easter Sunday morning service, that includes the flowering of the cross by children during the service)

Blessing of the Animals (where parishioners and their children, and visitors from other faiths, have the opportunity to bring their pets to be blessed as St. Francis blessed animals centuries ago)

Annual Church Picnic

The Bishop (visits St. Johnís at least once per year, at which time he may perform Confirmation and/or Baptism)
